Steamworks is a vibrant and dynamic West Australian based organization with projects currently underway across Australia.

Steamworks creates, produces and presents imaginative contemporary performances and events that engage with diverse audiences.

Steamworks initiates, promotes and supports the development of Australian creative talent. We seek to generate and tour our productions regionally, nationally and internationally.

Steamworks activities extend through the performing arts in the areas of creation, direction, consultancy, community arts engagement, project and production management.

We work in all areas of live performence; theatre, puppetry, circus, and dance. Our works are accessible and entertaining with a focus on the physical, and the visual. They are a celebration of the human spirit, the imagination, and the child within.
