Asialink Artist Talk - King Street Arts Centre

Image:

Join Sally Richardson for an evening discussion about her recent Asialink Fellowship. Sally has just completed a 12 week residency at the Taipei Artist Village exhibiting her work, and collaborating on a dance/film project JHIH with local Taiwanese artists Tseng Ting-Yu, Huang Li-Hui and Hsu Yen-Ting, along with various local dancers and performers. Sally has been exploring the concept and culture surrounding ghosts, absence and presence, and ‘haunted’ histories.
Get down to the talk to find out more about Sally’s adventures, the contemporary dance & performance scene in Taiwan/Hong Kong, and how the Asialink Fellowship has supported her work.

This talk is suitable for: artists/companies interested in working in Asia, dance/performance practitioners, and those interested in Asian arts & culture.

Drinks and nibbles are provided. We hope to see you there.
