Steamworks Arts director, Sally Richardson's project has been selected for a 2025 RAWspace artist residency at the Theatre Royal in Hobart, Tasmania.

Sally will be collaborating with co-creator /performer Natalie Allen on the creation of a compelling new dance theatre project TROPHY.

"It is exciting to be collaborating with Natalie again, and we feel the project is timely in its exploration of women in sport and women as sport..Trophy aims to explore the idea of the trophy as a symbol of success, but also an image of power and control in terms of the 'trophy wife'. We want to celebrate the courage, power, strength and endurance of women as athletes, and also their sheer determination as wives and mothers..."

The team will develop the work in situ and off site at the Theatre Royal this coming June 15-21.
